What types of vehicles do you offer?
We offer MINI VAN, MINI VAN XL, MINI VAN XXL, SEDAN CAR, PRESTIGE CAR, LUXURY CAR.
Do you have vehicles suitable for groups or large families?
Yes of course, for that you can contact us via Whatsapp or book multiple times in our booking form.
Do you offer child seats?
We provide Baby Seat & Booster Seat for free.
Can I travel with my pet?
Yes you can, but you need to have a cage in wich the pet will be.
Do your drivers speak English?
Absolutely to ensure a good communication between you and our driver, our driver are English & French sppeaking drivers.
Where can I find my driver at the airport?
Paris Airport CDG :
Terminal 1: Your driver will be waiting for you in parking professional, level 3 (depature), gate number D2. Terminal 2A: Please proceed to the Parking Professional on arrival level, near the taxi cabine. Terminal 2B or 2D: Please proceed to the Parking Professional on arrival level, near the taxi cabine.
Terminal 2C: Please proceed to the Parking Professional on arrival level.
Terminal 2E Please proceed to the Parking Professional on arrival level, Gate number A6.
Terminal 2F: Please proceed to the Parking Professional on arrival level, Gate number A16.
Terminal 2G: The driver will wait in front of the Relay Shop (red sign)
Terminal 3: The driver will at the exit after the customs on arrival level.
CDG Airport Train Station :
Terminal 2B or 2D: Please proceed to the Parking Professional on arrival level, near the taxi cabine.
For some security issues, the driver cant go inside the terminal, he will be waiting for you at the PRO parking lot by going out on the right just after the cab parking (VTC Parking PRO). Please follow the signs to the PRO parking.
If you cannot find your driver, call them
Please switch on your mobile phone and your WhatsApp right after landing and check for the WhatsApp message with your drivers mobile phone number, which you should have received in WhatsApp 20 minutes before pickup.
If you cannot reach your driver :
My flight is delayed. How does that affect my booking?
no problem our drivers will track your flight and will be one time.
Do you provide pick-up services at train stations?
Yes of course, indicate it on while booking.
